I have various peacocks and have had numerous successful hatchings. The question that i have is this. I have a peacock that is holding eggs and usually i trasfer a 'full' female to a small tank. While i was transfering this time some eggs fell out of her mouth and now are on the bottom of the small tank. Are these eggs (about 4) considered lost or not viable? Is there anything I can do to get the female to suck them back up? Is there anything I can do to hatch them and have her tumble the fry? Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

It can be difficult for a holding female to pick eggs back up if her mouth is still full.

The tumbler would need to be initiated quickly to keep the eggs viable.
