I Have an inkfin Calvus in my 125 mixed rift lake tank.....yeh I know it is not suggested, but it works for me. I have been having a lot of spawns from both the tangs and the malawi, but the calvus enjoys the malawi spawns like they are his own little buffet. He sit three or so inches away from the spawning fish and when the eggs are released he darts in and steals the eggs. He is extremely fast and will not be driven away.
Mind you I was annoyed at first when I was not holding 150 asst. fry, but now I think he is quite entertaining and he keeps my spawners in check.
