I already bought 4 50lb bags of 3M black T garde colorquartz for my substrate.
only reason im buying 1 bag of 20lb eco complete sand is to speed up my cycle time.
will one 20lb bag make a difference?
I plan to do fishless cycle. i have Tons of bioball and rocks as media. ~80gal worth of bioballs

also should i add this sand below the 3M colorquartz since its smaller grain size?
my entire substrate will be ~ 2" thick.

also how about using Bio spira instead?
1oz treats 30gal so for my 350gal, do i need like 10oz?

how many fish can i add with bio spira?

if your are going to do a "fishless" cycle, you are still going to need an ammonia source....and I doubt that Eco-Complete does that
