I just got my bacteria today, tank is at 84 degrees, 8.2 ph and my tank is dosed with ammonia to 2ppm. I have a 150 gallon with a built in Wet/Dry filter that runs the length of the back of the tank (6ft) Should I add the bacteria directly to the bio balls through the drip plate or just pour it in the tank? Im thinking I should pour it directly over the media, but I wanted to get some opinions on here. I have no experience with this type a filter and it has been giving me fits so far, just trying to figure out how to get it up and running.
