Does stringy white poo ALWAYS mean bloat?

I have a Hap sp. 44 that has shown stringy white feces two days ago and again today, but has no other symptoms. Appetite seems good. He eats enthusiastically (not spitting food). Social behavior shows no change. Still cruises around out in the open, interacting with other fish. Sometimes his bars show and sometimes they don't. No swolen or sunken belly. I'll keep an eye on him, but does the stringy poo mean trouble by itself? Or do I only need to worry if other signs appear?

The only time you need to worry about white or light coloured feces is if it's accompanied by other symptoms.
