Short answer is NO. Long answer is Betta are best kept in a tank on their own (and I mean keeping the males with no other Bettas), or with small fast short finned fish. On the other hand they may be intimidated by discus that are so much bigger and faster. Also I keep Betta at 24C and discus at 28C
