How long are these fish when they start to breed?

Got 20 in today & the majority are 2+". 2-3 of the males (I think) are really showing off.

What is the best way to sex them other than venting (I don't know how)? Their behavior?

The largest of them all is definitely male. REALLY impressive fish when showing the others in the tank who is boss.

Watch for females holding eggs and the males mating with them, thats an alternative to venting but it takes time
