I have a 29 fry tank
i have a 125 with 17 trophueus, 3 Psued Blue doplhins, 12 rainbowfish and 2 male cynotilapia afra lumbaglia. the 2 males lumbaglia divided the tank in 2.
Was wondering could i put 1 male lumbaglia in the 29 with 4 females ??????????????
Im not sure how a lone male with a harem all to his own would act...
THANKS for looking

29 is 30 by 12 ab roughly 20 high.
i sold the demasoni and then bought the trophues
as part of the demasoni deal, i got 16 small acei, which were actually fry from adult acei i sold prev.
as far as the rainbows the wil stay with the trophs till such time as theres an issue then they will get there own tank, givent that the rainbows are 4 inches and the trophs are 2.0, theres no issues what so ever, SO FAR.
i still hqave the 2 loaches, usually dont include them in my descriptions as they bother no one and no on bothers them

My neighbour - also a cichlid-aholic - has 2M 6F Cy. Afra Cobue in a 29G along with 4 labs. He put them in ages ago (>2 years) intending it to be an 'interim' solution but the tank has gone so well that he has kept it as-is. All are pretty much adult size and breeding.

I should add that the tank has a large rock pile in the middle, right to the surface. While this cuts down open-water area in what is already not a huge tank, the inhabitants seem to love the caves, and the male Afras have come to a good agreement about their own caves.

Short story is its probably not what I'd start with if I was loaded with money and infinite space for tanks, but Afra in a 29G can be done.
