You are absolutely correct. I would not put chisumulae with saulosi, and the mloto and stuartgranti are on the timid side...not a good fit with an aggressive mbuna like chisumulae or even a friendly one like saulosi.

Some of the cookie cutters were written long ago and could use a review for updates.

You have been a member for 7 years and have seen that people post their stock lists and ask for input.

I personally have tried the 2 mbuna often recommended as a mix with haps: yellow labs and acei.

Having tried both, I prefer keeping haps and mbuna separate, but those 2 species at least will not kill or be killed by the haps and peacocks (in general).
