I just purchased two juvee convicts, and I think there is very good chance they have fin rot.

They are behaving just fine...active, eating well, spunky....their fins are not clamped.

However, they are a little pale in color, and their caudal and pectoral fins are tattered.

What do you suggest as a course of action. I have increased the tank temp. to 82 degrees and am performing frequent large water changes.

TIA. -Luke

Hey Robin thanks for the advice. In the event that I do begin to see gray or white fuzz can you recommend a sequence for antibiotics? Maracyn 1 and 2?
