Have my convicts in a 10 right now, but I was planning on putting them in a 30 and my firemouths, which are in my 55 with my auratus, jewels, lake victorian unknown, and the firemouths were going into a new 44 gallon corner tank. But the 44 is pretty spacious and I was wondering if I could put the pair of FMs and the 1 pair of cons into the 44 together with a really nice rocky setup? Then I could put my jewels in the 30 bc Im trying to clear out the 55 for the auratus's.

I wouldn't do it personally, the footprint really isn't big enough for two pairs of cichlids, esp. with the 2nd pair being convicts. I'd just leave the firemouths with some dithers up top, it'd be a really cool tank to watch
