Conch Shell and Coral

Setting up my tank and was wondering if anyone had any input on adding a conch shell and some coral to a cichlid tank setup. The items have been boiled and cleaned very well. I was thinking of making an ocean theme with the tank. Since these items were taken out of the ocean I didn’t know if they would harm the fish.
