Hey all I just saw a commercial for the mutant planet tv show on the Science channel and next tuesday jan. 18ths episode will be on the rift lakes and cichlids. I know there is not much footage of cichlids in the wild so I am excited to see this just thought I would let you all know.

I've seen a show that talked about them a little before and they were talking about how Lake Malawi appears to be smoking, but its really huge groups of mosquitoes flying above the lake. It was awesome seeing their natural environment and being able to identify several of the species.
