Usually when the eggs turn white like that, the fungus has gotten to them and they won't hatch out. A clear, brownish/gold color for the eggs, is typical for substrate spawning Cichlids. Otherwise, if you have a spawning pair of Cichlids that have deposited those eggs? Give them some time, and they will hopefully spawn for you again. If you observe that your Mom Fish is protecting and holding tight on the eggs and fanning them? Then you know you will probably have a successful spawn (provided there was a male in there to spawn with her, that is....). :)
