Changing from gravel to sand
Hello,
I have been wanted to change my gravel to sand on my 75 g tank and was wondering what will the best way to do this in order for my fish not to get stressed or anything. Will it be better to take out the fish out and put them in a smaller tank while I change the substrate or will it be ok doing it while they are still in the tank? Also what would be a good sand substrate? Will play sand be ok? Thanks
