If by 1,1 you mean a male & female... then I would say no... breeding pairs demand more room and aren't very tolerant of tankmates needs...
Having multiple breeding pairs in one tank is (IMO) asking for trouble...
Keeping breeding pairs in a community setting is very difficult at best and takes a keen eye for reading Cichlids... and even then problems should be expected and alternative tanks for fish is (IMO) necessary...
When you say 1.1 does that mean a pair of? As in a male and a female of Jaguars and a male and a female Vieja Argentea? I would say this is not a good idea.
