Please see attached picture. My male sajica in the tank had a raised white lesion on his fin a week ago and I have been treating the tank with PimaFix for a week and a half and his has cleared up. However the ram looks worse. None of the other fish in the tank seem to be affected. But I am wondering if it is even fungus. It does not have that "cottony" look at all, and it actually looks like a cluster of white spots instead. Can any kind of parasite lay eggs on the fins of fish? That is almost what it looks like to me. Last night I did notice a tiny, tiny squiggly worm come out of the gravel and go back in. I have never seen that before, and have no idea what that is either. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
