[AU Chief]

I'm thinking and hoping its only heater burn, but if not I need some help ID'ing this ailment. Its two irregular shaped white splotched on his head and side. I'm not sure if these pictures are going to be helpful but I'll post anyhow. Sorry for the dirty glass.

Hey Chief, looks like possibly some aggression issues from another tank mate, but
it's hard to tell exactly from the pics for me.

Maybe you could list the tank inhabitants and this may give everyone a little more clues
as to what's going on in your tank.

You may also want to post your water parameters and maintenance schedules as well.

It is my quarintine tank, 10 Gallon. He is the largest cichlid in the tank, the other being one that is much smaller of the same species and definitely doesn't bully him around. There are also 4 platties, 1 Spotted Raphael, 2 Stiped raphael, and then some BN Pleco fry. I'll try and get you my water params but I do water maintenance every other day, and the last time I checked the params they were stable. I do water changes so frequently because the tank is overstocked and the plattys are extremely messy! I only change about 25% of the water though. My temp is slightly high at 81*F.

Also this fish was bought as a "Brazillian Geophagus" and I'm assuming it is G. brasillinesis.

I thought it looked like he'd been getting picked on, but he does all the chasing in the tank, though its not much.

have you seen flashing? scratching against things?
