hey i am planning to get a c moorii for my 60gallon. the one i am going to get is 2 inches long. i want to keep it with the mbuna i have already int hat tank. i have 6 labs, 3 acei, and 6 whitetophara. you guys think it is going to be alrite since the moori is a hap? i heard they are slow growers and arent that aggressive?

i think you'll be ok in the aggression issue, but not sure that tank is a good size for a moorii... they get pretty big and like opn water... but by then you can get a bigger tank.

I agree with the above. You'd want 90 gallons or bigger down the road.
I have raised c moorii from birth to breeding size.
From birth to 2 inches in very slow and then from 2-4 inches very quick
After 4 inches, slow again. My males are around 6 inches.
Breeding can be around 4 inches. I'd say you have 6 months if the fish all get along. Maybe 9 months.
