Building up a bacteria colony in Emporer 400 cartridges
Hi there.
I have an established 75g tank right now. I also have an unused 20g tank I'm going to set up as a q-tank/hospital tank.
For the 20g, I have an Emperor 400, I know it's a bit much for the 20g, but I have it.
If I take the cartridges from the Emperor 400 and fill them with media and then drop them in my established 75g tank, will the new media in the Emperor cartridges build up a bacteria colony while sitting in my 75g established tank??
