My brevis that I have had for the last three years have finally produced fry for the first time. It looks like there are multiple groups of fry. As a rough count there are probably 60 or so of them. My problem is that I have been putting off cleaning the tank (other than water changes) for a little while and the tank seems to be getting out of control. I would like to sift the gravel, but I don't want to suck up or injure any of the fry. Do I have to wait until they are big enough or will I have to make new accommodations by investing in a grow-out tank? Thanks for the help.

you can try to scare the fry to another side and change half the side and do it over with the other side. or just suck the water out from the top. you can sift the sand gently and the poop and food will come up.
