I have an established tank (5 years old) that I switched over from mbuna to all male peacocks. Bought 7 peacocks (approx. 2 inches) about two months ago to join the four 5-year old syno cats that I kept after rehoming all the mbunas. They were doing great, eating well, getting along and really coloring up nicely. Then my local fish store (that I have bought other things from all the time) had a big sale about two weeks ago and I bought 4 more males (about the same size). Everything was fine until this weekend. After a regular weekly water change, came home to 5 floaters. All water parameters are fine. Some of the fish had reddish gills. What do I do now????? HELP.

What are the dimensions of your tank? What species of peacocks do you have? What are your test results for pH, ammonia, nitrite and nitrate now and what were they before the water change?
