My aquarium just cracked and I am in the process of switching it out for a new one. It is off from one side to the other by 1/4-1/2" inches. What would I put underneith the stand to balance it?

Use a material that will not compress. You can probably get some steel pieces to use as shims for a local automotive/machine shop.

do you have a construction company near you if so then maybe ask them for some scrap steel about half inch thick take a measurement of the length you need they will probably give it to you unless you know someone in the trade they should be able to get it for you

press wrong button when you get it if it is to high then take a grinder and shave some off keep doin this until it gets level it sounds like a lot of work it just takes patience good luck :thumb: :fish: :fish:
