Hi, What size in gallons is a 26" tall 13" wide and 58" length aquarium. I'm coming up with 85 gallons. That just doesn't look right though.
I want to keep Africans,possible cynotalapia's in it. I am going to have a hole for a 1.5" bulkhead drilled for a custom wet dry made of acrylic.
I want to put an external pump on it that is about 1000GPH at 3ft I don't want the heat from the pump sitting in the water as I live in Texas. I'm thinking Dolphin brand perhaps. What I want is a quiet water pump and since I don't own any external I need some input on what brand is recommended for being quiet. The aquarium is long and narrow so, I want to have the current flow left to right. I also need a UGJ pump and that's needing to be internal.
I guess that's all I need for now. :fish:
