What is the best size to try to wean Agassizii fry off bbs? I don't want to end up with adults that will only eat live food. Any suggestions on the best way of doing it, cold turkey maybe?

I start feeding crushed flake or NLS pellets as soon as they will fit in their mouths. I keep supplementing the bbs unlit a food like daphnia is appropriate too. I also don't like the hastle of BBS.

I try to feed them a crushed version of whatever food I plan to feed them. I use this will all my SA/CA fish breeding.

Get a small shot glass, crush flake and some other nutritious foods (cant remember what i used but im sure you could make a nice concoction) you and add into the shot glass along with some aquarium water so that it sinks straight away.
