How many cichlids could I keep in this aquarium? I was hoping for some Jack Dempseys and maybe a few Jaguars? What do you all think?

One time i found a tank in light bulb, picture was posted on this forum somewhere. I did start it same way but i had bigger light bulb one from highway pole lights (my friends were involved in car accident and knoked down a pole, i was there and managed to get lightbulb out) the problem with my was that it kept tipping over and spilling, i guess indentation on bottom of it was not big enough and i did not want to use any supports on glass shelf so i made that lightbulb into a planter.
