I have a 60 gallon tank currently stocked with a 4 inch female jd. Anyway I have tried several different possible tank mates with my jd and none have worked so far. They include a blood parrot, a fire mouth, and an Oscar. I now have a male blue gene jd, a female jd roughly the same size as mine, ad a Salvini all available for me to try. Would any of these be good to try with my aggressive jd or should I just keep her all alone. I like her and don't really want to get rid of her.

If the male BGJD is the same size or bigger than your female JD I would try him. She may see him as a potential mate and not be as aggressive. The female I wouldn't try because she'll see her as a rival and I think would be very aggressive toward her.

Not sure about the Salvini as I don't have much experience with them
