Can someone help yo to understand why he has this red almost blood looking colour on him and seems to be spreading to others. He has food in his mouth and not pregnant.

ok I will test my water asap and get back to you with results as soon as I’m home. Would there be any indication weather it is a water issue or a virus? Would there be any other tell tale signs?
