Can someone help yo to understand why he has this red almost blood looking colour on him and seems to be spreading to others. He has food in his mouth and not pregnant.

Sorry to hear you are experiencing this with your fish. Can you provide more details such as your water test results for ammonia, nitrite and nitrate as well as how long this tank has been set up and how many fish are in this tank?

My 1st guess is that it may be related to high ammonia or nitrite but if those numbers are both zero, my 2nd guess would be septicemia which is a virulent virus and can be extremely difficult to treat.
