Advice on how many cichlids I can keep in my 75 gallon tank.

You have a lot of species, some very aggressive species and mixed genders.
I would not add fish. But I would rethink the stock. First decision is to choose whether you want variety or mixed genders.
If you want variety, remove the females.
If you want mixed genders, then choose 2-4 species and stock one male with 4-7 females (depending on the species chosen).
For example, if you wanted mixed genders and do not save fry you could have 20 fish like this:
1m:4f Cynotilapia sp. hara (White Tops)
1m:4f Metriaclima estherae
1m:4f Pseudotropheus socolofi
1m:4f Labidochromis caeruleus (yellow labs)
