Ok...

I have 15+ in the 2" + range in a 180. I know that atleast 3 are definite males... At what point should I consider removing a few?

Right now all is fine as long as they each stay out of each other's zone. They are actually 3rd place in the hierarchy of the tank.. 2 Hara males are 1st, followed by a Johanni male & then the Demasoni...

I want to be proactive if I can. I know at some point one of these 3 will want to define their superiority over the other 2.

Thanks-

I wouldn't worry about removing any unless you see physical signs of aggression, such as hiding behind filter intakes/heaters/corners or physical injuries.
Sometimes it can be a good thing to have an extra male or two, especially with large numbers of one species.

Thanks GTZ...

There are roughly 15 @ 2"+, then another 15 from Dave that are 1" or so total.

My gut told me not to worry til there was an obvious need to worry BUT I have heard horror stories about a dominant male demasoni going ballistic & killing half the colony. This is the first time I have kept them so I am dependent on others experiences.
