Loved the video...thanks for sharing that. :thumb:
You've got one heck of a nice tankroom, and that 7 ft. setup is moving along nicely as well---I really like the driftwood you've got in there. I hope the salvinis stay so we can see how they get along in there and see how big they get over the longhaul.

thanx matey,
Yep the salvinis will stay one of my fav fish, i will grow them all up and then work out what tank they are all best suited to, this is when i will start to breed them all.
The catfish will be moving into the 2ft breeding tanks and that will free up the [email protected] tanks also :) i am going up one more level above the 7fter, love the galvanised racking another 8x2x12 will sit up there :) grow out tank more than anything :)
will post up some more pics and stuff as we get going thanx guys :)

I used to have my tanks inside around the house as many do but after the wife started tripping over my stuff and work got in the way i sold up and got out of fish for a few years, but once its in your blood it never quite goes away does it :)
So they are now in the front garage which worked out really well, the room is fairly well insulated and stays warm, we dont get to much in the way of winter here but it can get down to 7-10 degree's at night sometimes and the room stays around 16 at that temp, so its quite abit warmer inside, i will eventually put a reverse cycle air con on the entire room, this will maintain a better heat for me rather than heating up the sumps.
i pick up my adult trio of Polleni soon and will post some pics :) little JD's are cute and the Salvini male is starting to colour up really nice, the Veija Bifas will be stunning also.
Talk soon,.
