Hey all!

I currently have a 75 gallon stocked with the following:

1 x Heros cf. efasciatus (Red Spot Gold Severum)
5 x Corydoras paleatus (Peppered Cory)

I was thinking of adding either

8 x Pterophyllum scalare (Angelfish, they come as an 8 pack of dime sized from the seller I plan to purchase them from, eventually will separate all but a pair out)

1 x Heros sp. rotkeil (Red Shoulder Severum)
1 x Uaru amphiacanthoides (Uaru)
9 x some large-bodied tetra

Any suggestions or ideas? I'm open to anything. Maybe another Severum of the same species instead?

No problem!
In fact (just for fun?), here are some alternate Central American Cichlid species you could add with the Severum in your 75G, that I believe would work in this community tank.
- A single Nicaraguan, Hypsophrys nicaraguensis Cichlid
- or -
- An initial six member school of baby-sized Nanoluteus, Amatatlania nanolutea Cichlids, grown out to a single pair.

All of the other non-Cichlid recommendations I gave you in the SA section would remain the same. :) ... 0&t=454701
