How will this stocklist work for a 75 gallon.

6-8 bolivian rams
4-6 dorsigera acara
15-20 bentosi tetra
12-15 corydoras gossei

I'm most concerned about having 14 dwarf cichlids, not sure if it will work and I'm willing to pare down the numbers but both species aren't that aggressive

Too many Cichlids!
And yes, on Cichlid-forum of all things.... how could I possibly be advocating for LESS Cichlids in the aquarium?

To explain: That's a lot of fish you are planning on stocking with - lot of bio-load. And while the Laetacara dorsigera & Mikrogeophagus altispinosus are relatively hardy compared to other more sensitive, Black Water species... those peaceful little Cichlids will definitely have less problems and thrive for you with water conditions that are as clean (low Nitrates) as possible in the aquarium.
So, while I would stock with the same numbers of Tetras and Cory Cats you plan on. I would personally go with no more than 6 to 7 of those Cichlids (2 species - in any numbers combination you prefer) for this 75 gallon tank. :)

Thanks!
Would it work if I take out either the rams or dorsigera?
Which species would you recommend

I believe your stocking plans will work fine with both the L. dorsigera and the Bolivian Rams. Just stock with less total numbers of those dwarf cichlids, so that you have 7 of them in there max.

As for different species? Sure! I mean you could substitute the Bolivian Rams for a 1M/3F harem of Apistogramma cacatuoides. That would leave you with a trio of L. dorsigera to go with the Apisto harem in the aquarium - and look very cool. :)
