okay, so i'm browsing craigslist and find a 180g (6x2x2) with everything included (stand, canopy, lights, heater, 55g sump...) for an obscenely cheap price - $175. i'm hoping there's not a catch. if it checks out, i'm definitely buying it.

now, the question: WHAT DO I PUT IN IT?!

open to ANY suggestions, fresh or saltwater, cichlids or not... in the past, i've kept mbuna, community freshwater, a nanoreef, some tangs...

The sky is the limit with that tank.. Frontosa, tang's, whatever..

Me? Mbuna all the way.. you could have 5-6 breeding colonies of 10-15 fish each in that tank..

I know you thinking cichlids ( I have 40 tanks of them) but a 180 is perfect for a pair of motoro stingrays!! I have a pair and 3 large tinfoil barbs in my 125(upgrading to 180) in wall tank and I find myself staring at them more than any other tank in the room!!! Mine right now are 8-10" disc width along with the 3- 9" barbs awesome tank!! :thumb:
