    My only question is will this work. I see a gold nugget pleco for sale and they are gorgeous. The pH for these fish are different though, with the pleco being around 7 and the cichlids being closer to 7.8 - 8 If I can get the pleco adjusted to the pH, would these be a compatable pair?
