I've use Ply Filter for years and this stuff is the real deal. Don't be fooled by their lack of advertising.
This is the only drinking water safe fish product I know. Purifies the water like no other and I love the color-changing indicator in the pad. I use it after meds, and even use little pieces in my shipping bags - never any ammonia in the bags!

Worth every penny to have one on hand at all times.

I perfer the large pads which can be cut. A little goes a long way too.

"awesome but $$$$$$$"
i use this in a canister filter, very fine and thick but you get great water movement. I thought my tank was clean before, but within 2 days the bad was very dark brown. It traps almost anything. and is great for other chemical and medication removal. It was very expensive but its worth the piece of mind

"Works as advertised."
I had a broken heater leak copper in my reef tank (yes, very very bad...) and these pads sucked it right on out, even turned blue like the instructions said they would.
