This product is a waste of time and money. It did nothing to help the Nitrogen cycle. It was a mess to work with and just made a mess of the tank with each use. Do not waste your money on this one.

"Totally useless product"
This did nothing to cycle my tank. If anything it made the water dirty. Do not waste your money.

"Doesn't complete the cycle"
All you will see with this messy product is a drop in Ammonia and a huge spike in your Nitrites. Some Ammo-lock could have done that. Considering that Nitrate will kill your new fish with ease, this product isn't worth a penny. Also, I have never been able to perform an effective fishless cycle in any quick time with the Biozyme. I ended up throwing away my 90% unused bottle just yesterday. NEVER AGAIN.

"Did not do much"
I used this product to start up a 55 gal livebearer tank.
It did not speed up the cycling at all. Ammonia too 10 days to lower and Nitites took 4 weeks......

"Only does ammonia to nitrite"
I've tried to set up several different kinds of tanks with this product to increase the rate of establishment of the nitrogen cycle. This product seems to only accerlate bacteria that oxidize ammonia to nitrite, and none for nitrite to nitrate. After addition, ammonia levels quickly drop in the course of a few days - but a nitrite spike (sometimes over 5ppm) is maintained for 15-30 days. If you choose to use this product, I'd recommend to be vigilant in nitrite testing.
