I didn't see any color improvements using this from other foods, and the fish don't seem to love it. But my problem with it is that it clouds up the water....even if I feed sparingly, it makes a big mess.

All of my Malawi cichlids love this food the only draw back I have is that this one needs to be soaked first, I like that it comes in small, medium and large.
I used this product for a long time with my herbivours. The fish seemed to like it. My concern is that it doesn't say how much spirulina is actually in it. I now use flakes for my spirulina. Make sure you soak these pellets first.
