"Outstanding "
It is expensive. But the best one in my opinion in the market. As instructed I left the heater in the aquarium for 15 minutes before switching on. When i plugged it in,it readily gave the reading. It reached the set temperature of 82F in about 3 hrs and keeping it steady there. It goes undetected with the black background. I would recommend this to anyone. Only thing to look is the price.

"Good but expensive"
I'm currently using the 50 watt and 200 watt models. Build quality is good and they are easy to set. These heaters aren't made of glass so they can probably withstand the abuse of large cichlids. They are very expensive but good quality.
