This hood and light are no good. I've had mine for 1.5 years now and plan on replacing it today. Biggest problem is the clear plastic where you put the lights is not sealed at all. So you end up with a #%$& load of water up there from evaporation which kill the lights. It's not fun and dangerous when you go to pull the light panel out for something and it's just dripping wet. I had to wrap the light panels with ceran wrap to keep the from getting wet. Also the light panels don't put out much light either. Enough to get you by but no where near what it should.
