I had been using the New Life Spectrum Cichlid formula sinking pellets of similar size, but my local shop was out and I decided to grab these instead. First time I used it in the tank my fish were a little suspicious of the new food, but after a few nibbles they were accepting of the new food (they are very picky eaters).
My African Cichlids luv this food. I feed them this once a day along with New Life.They go crazy over this stuff sometimes i cant tell what they like most. They are coloring up nice on this food .
