Product Description:
Seachem StabilityStability will rapidly and safely establish the aquarium biofilter in freshwater and marine systems, thereby preventing the #1 cause of fish death: "new tank syndrome". Stability is formulated specifically for the aquarium and contains a synergistic blend of aerobic, anaerobic, and facultative bacteria which facilitate the breakdown of waste organics, ammonia, nitrite and nitrate. Unlike competing products, the bacteria employed by Stability are non-sulfur fixing and will not produce toxic hydrogen sulfide. Stability is completely harmless to all aquatic organisms as well as aquatic plants, thus there is no danger of over use. Stability is the culmination of nearly a decade of research and development and represents the current state of the art in natural biological management.

"Fish Oil"
I started using to accelerate my Cycling but after 2 weeks of using i realized that is a chemical that keeps the water in balance that doenst have any bacteria in it and as soon as you stop to use your tank will recycle and fish will sufer.

Then i decided to use Nitridac from prodac and tank cycled in 3 weeks and remained cycled for a month before i introduced fish and have never seen any traces of ammonia or nitrite..

Seachem sux man, dont waste your time with it

"Worked for me!!!"
I was trying to be patient and let my tank cycle regularly but as the tank is right by my workstation I got tired of seeing it empty. I had been adding pure ammonia and had it up to 2.0ppm. I put 4 capfuls in that evening and 2 capfuls the next morning. 24 hours after that morning it was down to .5ppm! I did a 90% water change, added 2 more capfuls, added my fish and 24 hours later, ammonia was 0ppm! It normally goes for over $10 at the chain store but I got it on sale for about $8.50...great deal!
*Note: I only used this on a 20 gal and overdosed the Stability on purpose. Also, I only added 6 fairly small fish. I don't know how this would perform on a really big tank.

"Cycled Tank in One Week"
I used this to cycle my new 90 gallon tank. In one week the parameters were in check, and ready to add fish. I use it during water changes now to maintain the tanks bio-filters.
