"Very good stuff"
125G full of different Mbuna. It doesnt take a ton of food to feed them. Great oranges, blues and yellows. Buy the big cans online and its very cost efficient. They eat it quick and there doesnt seem to be any problems with fouling the water. I know there are other foods that will maybe grow them bigger, but you pay for it. I think the crisps are a great bang for the buck food.

"Fantastic food!"
I throw in a little after I feed my Labs and Peacocks there pellets and give my Julies and Johannis a chance to eat. They've grown really well with fantastic color and a great body. I originally used this for "everyone" when they were smaller and then added the pellets. Even my Bleekeri eats it when he can.

"Good staple food, a little costly"
A pretty good staple food for cichlids, but can't really beat spirulina. Cost isn't exactly cheapest for the small amounts, but ok. Overall, not a bad product.
