"Super Stuff!!!"
Great for all kinds of tropheus.I have illanghi and orange bembas. The vigor and colors of the fish are second to none!! I've had a friend take care of my fish one time, and over feed them with no risk of pollution of the water or bloat!! I'm currently mixing the veggie deluxe with NLS cichlid formula and the fish thrive on it! My peacocks are about an inch and a half, are showing colors already!!! I would reccomend this food for any serious tropheus keeper. I wish that Dainichi would make a pellet that is in between their 1mm and the small size. The small size is quite large. To sum things up, Quality and peace of mind when useing this product without any fears of bloat to the fish. Trops sometimes command a high price these days. I'm no Rockafeller. BTW I only feed my fish twice daily and a weekly water change and things are going great!! I got fry everywhere and trying to find more tanks to hold them!!!!

"Exceptional. Delivers on all promises. "
Does exactly what it says it does. Produces a lean, muscular, brightly colored fish. Enhances blacks and whites very intensely. Improves muscle tone. Improves fin length, improves fin thickness, improves shape (ie, fish that are growing too tall and not long enough correct their growth quickly on this food).

I've fed this stuff to L. caeruleus, P. acei msuli, and O. lithobates. In all three cases the fish were moved from NLS to Dainichi. All fish responded spectacularly.

This food's color enhancement and the muscularity it produces are absolutely second to none. Not only does it enhance color, but it produces a metallic sheen and brilliance that I've never seen with any other food.

"The best for Trophs"
I use the Veggie FX version, baby sinking size and then the small pellets for the adults (the small are quite large). I've hunted for different foods to feed my Trophs and this has proven to be the long run winner.

My trophs will eat this stuff right of my hands, they go absolutely nuts for it.

"Not sure what all the hype is about"
I switched to this after reading the reviews. It's been about 6 weeks. I'm not sure I notice a difference to be honest. After reading the reviews I expected to see an improvement in coloration or food waste clarity but nothing noticeably different from NLS.

It should be in a plastic container so you an just pour in the lid with no handling.

The bag's hard to get in and it's enough $ you'd expect something better than a bag. Just a suggestion.

"mbuna LOVE it"
I was an NLS user for many years. Then, about a year ago, I thought the quality maybe wasn't so good for the NLS. I thought I had gotten a bad batch, but my next few batches still were dusty, clouded the water and just didn't perform well. The fish still ate, it, but not with gusto. Then, I tried a bag of dainichi. Actually, several bags of dainichi. THIS one turned out to be my mbuna's favorite. They LOVE it!
I also crush it (even though you aren't supposed to, the vitamin covering is on the outside) regardless, my fry also love it, and grow very well, color fast, and they LOVE IT.
I give it two thumbs up and a five star rating.

"This stuff rocks!"
I bought this on the recommendation of a good friend and old timer in the hobby. I am using the small veggie pellets for 30 Moliro juvis, and I am astonished at the growth and overall health of the fish. They love the food, it doesnt pollute the tank badly, and they are growing like crazy.

Veggie Deluxe pellets allow my Tropheus to grow faster than when spirulina flake was in use.

"Great Product"
I love this stuff. High quality ingredients really made my fish happy and the color shows. Not only do I don't see growth and color, my fish maintain great health. Highly recommend this product. I like this better than NLS..IMO.

I feed it to some of my mbuna and i had a goldy nugget pleco and after 3 weeks i noticed the difference :)
