I was given a container of it with an online order several months back. Its supposedly high quality food that's been harvested in Alaska and free-dried for superior quality...whatever they say. The fish seems to like it though. I feed it in addition to the usual flakes and live food and they spawn regularly. I may go ahead and try one of the other kinds of Omega foods soon.
