I have had good success using this product in my african cichlid aquariums,not long after adding the weekly dose the fish become more vigorous for quit a while,Adding an extra dose at the right time will trigger a spawn.. I feel this is a very good quality product that gives good bang for the buck,I can see the positive results from using it regularly.
