The Rondomatic is great for feeding large & awkward food such as algae disks that won’t work in the other bin automatic feeders. I have had Rondomatics for at least 5 years now. My first one died after about 2 years of use (The plastic gears became misaligned and I could never repair it to be reliable). I use it exclusively for algae disks and tablets. For standard food (flakes, pellets, granules) I recommend the Eheim feed air3581. The Rondomatic can be a little messy with other food. The analog timer loses time so after an extended period you need to reset it. If you need a drop down bin system this is about it but it is expensive. The fishmate 207 does not perform nearly as well and the bins are too small for an algae disk.
