In males the anal fin just overlaps the tail fin, all fins are slightly pointier, and the edges of the tail fin show slight extended points (or will as they mature). Also the first rays of the dorsal fin are darker - the black is more pronounced. Also subtly different head and body shape.

So top female, bottom male.
