Oscar with large texas?

Postby PGJE » Sun Dec 10, 2017 9:08 pm

Hi I have a 30 gallon tank with a 6 inch texas cichlid in it, and I was wondering if I could get any other cichlids in with him? I was thinking of an oscar, but i'd also be fine with the cichlid having the tank to himself.

A 30gal tank isn't even big enough for the texas long-term. Are you planning to upgrade?

135gal 8ft: Marbled fenestratus
135gal 6ft: Midas
40gal long: C. cutteri
Plus a whole bunch of betta tanks
